Refund Policy

For subscriptions purchased on risr.app, Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes all payments, refunds, and cancellations. Refunds and cancellations for website purchases are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. To request a refund, use the buyer support linked from your Paddle order receipt, or contact us and we will direct you. Your statutory consumer rights — including any right of withdrawal under the mandatory law of your country of residence — are unaffected. You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are not website purchases; those follow Apple's or Google's refund policies.
