Questions
Does my subscription cover every platform?
Yes. One subscription covers iOS, Mac, Windows, and Android — included as each ships. Buy through whichever channel fits your primary platform (App Store for Apple, risr.app for Windows, Play Store for Android when it ships); the entitlement applies everywhere you sign in.
What is a .risr file?
A compiled RISR project. Made in RISR Studio, shareable with anyone — they don’t need a subscription to play it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. App Store and Play Store subscriptions cancel through the store; web subscriptions cancel through your account. You keep access until the billing period ends.
Will my price go up at renewal?
As long as your subscription remains active, your renewal price stays the same.
